The Contact form asks for your name, company, email address and message. We also receive information you choose to include when you contact us by email or WhatsApp.

Contact submissions are validated by our website function and relayed through FormSubmit to our company Gmail inbox. Basic security checks may process an IP address, submission timing and a hidden anti-spam field.

We use inquiry information to respond, assess project or product requirements, maintain business correspondence and protect the form from abuse. We do not intentionally send form names, email addresses, companies or message contents to analytics services.

The Lighting Selection and Custom Inquiry system can process customer, project and requirement information, selected product directions, and reference files in JPG, PNG or PDF format. Selected directions are stored on the visitor’s device until submission.

Reference files are uploaded to private Cloudflare R2 storage and shared with our team through time-limited links in the inquiry notification. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information to protect the form from automated abuse. FormSubmit relays the validated inquiry to our company Gmail inbox.

If you use an email link, your email provider processes the communication. The website may record an email-link click after analytics consent, without sending the email address or message to analytics.

WhatsApp links open a service provided by WhatsApp and Meta. The website may route a click to one of our two published WhatsApp contacts and record the click after analytics consent. WhatsApp processes the resulting communication under its own terms and privacy information.

Google Tag Manager manages optional measurement services. Google Analytics 4, Measurement ID G-LRMM3Y2QPB, helps us understand visits, language, traffic source, page use and conversion events after consent.

Microsoft Clarity is deployed through Google Tag Manager after consent to help us understand aggregated interaction patterns such as clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session playback. We do not intentionally configure these tools to receive Contact form content.

We use HTTPS, input validation, a honeypot, timing checks and basic rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
